Location: Porter Ranch, CA
Schedule: M-F 7:30am-12:30pm
Start: January 5th

Salary: $30-35/hour
A warm, creative family in Porter Ranch is seeking a joyful, engaging part-time nanny to spend mornings with their bright and sensitive toddler. This role is all about connection, creativity, and play, and is perfect for someone who genuinely loves early childhood and takes pride in creating meaningful, fun-filled days.

The toddler is curious, expressive, and deeply feeling. She thrives with caregivers who are kind, calm, and respectful, and whose guidance is rooted in empathy and clear, gentle boundaries. Her parents value emotional safety, never raise their voices, and believe in holding space for children to explore the world at their own pace.

The family is building a dedicated art and activity space at home and would love to partner with a nanny who enjoys planning Montessori-inspired activities, creative projects, sensory play, and hands-on learning. This is a collaborative role, and parents are excited to share ideas and support a nanny who brings creativity and initiative to each day. Outings may be introduced over time as trust is built, but the role will begin primarily at home.

Just a small note: The family also has a newborn. Mom will be the primary caregiver for the newborn; however, there may be occasional times when she needs brief assistance, up to 30 minutes, if she needs to step away for a work call. Your primary responsibility will be caring for the toddler.
