Part-Time Nanny Job: The Valero Family with 2 Children
We are seeking a responsible, engaging, and dependable nanny for our two boys (ages 4 and 6) in Cabin John, MD.
Schedule:
Tuesdays: 3:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
Every other Fridays: 3:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturdays for a few hours.
Responsibilities include:
-School pick-up and driving to activities.
-Engaging play and supervision.
-Running occasional small errands.
Requirements:
-Must be comfortable driving and have a valid drivers license.
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-Must be comfortable at the pool (supervision during swim time).
-Prior childcare experience preferred.
-Must be comfortable around large dogs.
Compensation: $20-25/hour + transportation stipend.

Looking for a disciplined, educated, and strong minded individual for my 4 year old son. This is part time but somewhat flexible based on existing employment schedule (as long as it’s consistent). I’m looking for strong minded person who is able to power through, at times, difficult behavior in a calm, assertive manner without compromising schedule or daily goals. A love of math is a major bonus. i Consider this a leadership role and as such it requires forward planning, engagement, schedule and time management, conflict resolution, motivating and teaching , and achieving progress and a positive outcome. I am not looking for someone to watch or passively oversee part of my son’s day. The right fit is crucial. He is currently in a morning ps. Program near by (m-.fri, 830am -12pm). We have a different activity/class nearly everyday (swimming, music, math.and soccer on Saturday currently).
