Looking for a Part-Time Split-Shift Needed in Sunnyvale[phone number hidden]% On-the-Books(W-2 via HomePay)

We are a professional family located in Sunnyvale(94087) seeking a reliable, punctual, and nurturing part-time nanny for a long-term split-shift position. This role is ideal for someone looking for stable part-time hours or someone living in or very close to the Sunnyvale area.

2 shifts:
1st shift: from 7:30am to 9:30am, prepare a kid's lunchbox and light breakfast for the family. From Monday to Friday.

2nd shift: from 7pm to 9pm, simple house cleaning work like clean up the dinner table, put dishes to the dishwasher, tide up the living room. and after that, play with my kid, help my kid to take a shower, targeting to make her go to bed before 8:45pm. From Monday to Sunday, if possible. or Monday to Friday at least.

no pick-up, drop-off or pet care needed in any shift.

Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
> Work Authorization: must have legal authorization to work in the US(U.S. Citizen, green card or valid EAD). We do not pay under the table
>100% On-the-Books: Payment will be processed strictly as a W-2 employee via >HomePay(withholding taxes and providing standart employer contributions)
>Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check paid by the employer
>References: Must provide verifiable references from previous childcare positions
> Health & Safty: CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to renew); Up-to-date on standard vaccinations;
> Post-Offer Health Screening: After a conditional offer of employment is made, the candidate must be willing to undergo a standard household health screening (including food-handler/child-care related screenings sunch as Hepatitis A, H. pylori clearance and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance, Vaccine record of Hepatitis B). All screening costs will be 100% covered and paid by th employer.
