A little bit about me
My name is Katelyn Tripp, and I am a 28 year old woman born and raised in Santa Cruz. In July of 2018 I graduated with a Masters in Education and a multiple subject teaching credential from UCSC. I have taken this past year to substitute teach at Gault elementary school to continue to grow and build my professional portfolio. I have worked with children ranging between 5 and 10 during this time. Prior to that, I received my BA at San Jose State in Child and Adolescent Development. While attending San Jose State I was a full time caregiver for a 10 month boy, and remained his caregiver until he was 2.5 years old and started preschool. Before that I received my AA degree from Cabrillo College in Early Childhood Education. I have spent over 7 years working with preschool, toddler and infant children. I am happy to provide you with contact information and references from both my caregiving job as well as my professional jobs.
Thank you!
Regards,
Katelyn Tripp

A little bit about me
I am a strong advocate for outdoor and play based learning environments where children can connect with the world around them through hands-on experiences. This translates between my teaching and nanny practices.
