Pretty straightforward expectations... make sure our little guy doesn't hurt himself, keep him fed, his diaper fresh, and hopefully reasonably entertained. Spanish-speaking would be a nice plus, but not required. Being willing to do a little light tidying up or maybe a little cooking would be huge plus.

A little bit about us
We seek a nanny that can create a consistent environment and provide customized and personalized childcare for Juniper. We also hope to hire an active nanny who is familiar with the area and proactive about activities both inside and outside of the house to keep Juniper engaged and stimulated.
My husband and I both work from home. They are a sound engineer with a home recording studio and I am a marketing project manager at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and may have to go in to work occasionally. We have a small home so our nanny wouldn't just be a caregiver, they would become an extension of our family.
