I will be home at first because I really just need the help so I can sleep. Then, once a schedule is set and you are comfortable I will prob go out to the gym or my own doctor apts.
There is a good chance they will nap while you are here, but I just need someone for when they wake.
All I expect is someone who is kind, a fun go getter attitude, on time and NEVER flakes. (Obviously I understand things happen but I’ve had some people no show or cancel and it really screws up the twins schedule.)
They don’t talk yet so as long as you know a little bit of english for you and I to communicate that is fine.
While they are sleeping I would love if you could wash their bottles, but other than that everything is usually done the night prior.
They don’t eat solids yet.
I do have a LARGE and very gentle, friendly and playful Great Dane. So you must be okay with dogs and all that they come with. Slobber and dog hair will happen. I have a yard and he loves to play if the twins are asleep, but it’s not a requirement, just a bonus is you do 💜

Hello! We are looking for a nanny to watch our son who was born in August 2023 after my maternity leave (around April 2024). He will be about 7 months old then. My husband works from home full time and I am at home 2-3 days a week, so we are open to a flexible schedule during the week. But ideally would like some structured schedules for our work schedules - we are open to discussing hours and finding what works best. We live in La Mesa.
