However, we have a more strong er need for someone with behavioral education experience to help support our two elder children with special needs. Bothe boys, ages 9 & 12. Our first child with special needs who is 9 years old is a bit higher on the autism spectrum, but he can communicate /speak very easily, and is able to learn new tasks and subjects, but he needs a caretaker with the right tools and skills to help teach him to further his development. His elder Brother, who is 11 years old has Asperger syndrome, and is pretty independent like his younger brother except he has social and anxiety issues which causes disturbances in his educational and overall development, that he needs support with. Both of our boys need help to better control their emotions. That is why it is necessary that the caretaker has the appropriate skills, tools, education, knowledge, experience, and patience to work with our two boys who have the potential for a great future if we can get the provide them with the right Support, Time, Experience, Direction and Attention that they need to help achieve their educational and social goals, in order to have a more independent future
