A little bit about me
I’d describe myself as patient, dependable, and caring. I love planning activities that spark creativity, whether that’s reading stories, doing arts and crafts, playing outside, or helping with homework. I also understand how important structure and consistency are, so I always do my best to balance fun with routines that keep kids feeling secure and supported.
Being a positive role model is really important to me. I try to lead by example with kindness, respect, and responsibility, and I encourage kids to do the same. I also believe in keeping open communication with parents so everyone feels confident.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

A little bit about me
Hello Everyone!
My name is Jonn’ea Williams. I am a proud college graduate from UNCG, where I earned a BS in Public Health. Currently, I’m in graduate school pursuing a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, as I work toward becoming a BCBA.
I have always had a passion for working with children and have experience caring for kids ranging from 2 months to 12 years old. With over 3 years of nannying experience and a background in teaching and behavior analysis, I bring a deep understanding of how to support children’s growth and development. I currently work as a Behavior Technician, providing support for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, and listening to music. My personal goal is to keep striving towards self-improvement and achieving my dreams while helping others along the way.
I am looking for evening or overnight hours to align with my schedule. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
