A little bit about me

Hi parents! My name is Macie and I am a career nanny with 11 years of experience. I have experience with newborns, multiples, children with special needs, and in a daycare setting (lead preschool teacher). The family I currently nanny for is transitioning their daughter into daycare later this year (September) or early next year (January) with flexibility around either timeframe. I have my bachelor’s degree in sociology, I’m a nonsmoker, I love animals, I have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a clean criminal record. I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, errands, transportation needs, and basic pet care. I love being outside, doing crafts, going to libraries, and reading. Thank you for reading and I hope to hear from you soon!

"Macie was always on time and very communicative. My son (4mo at the time) loved her, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with her, even though it was his first time being left with anyone who wasn’t myself or my husband. She sent me pictures throughout the day, which I appreciated, as it was great to be able to see him and what a great time they always seemed to be having. Macie even brought him to my work every day at lunch so I could breastfeed him, which was incredible. We were only in town for a brief stint, due to work travel, but if we were local, I would have hired Macie on for far longer than the month we had her! Any family would be lucky to have such a kind, caring, and supportive sitter for their little ones."

"Fauna’s bubbly nature is a welcomed presence to any home. She came to us at 18 years old and although young, she was great maintaining a schedule and is a great at keeping the kids areas clean and tidy. The girls loved fauna doing their hair. Even 2 years after leaving my oldest (12 yrs old) still wants her hair styled the way fauna did it. She’s patient, loving and stronger than she looks. Her cooking skills have improved a lot since she arrived. Our son is autistic and nonverbal and fauna was amazing with him. She was responsible for taking him to bathroom at regular intervals, changing his diaper if he had an accident and showered him daily. I would strongly recommend you give fauna a chance to get to know her. I’m sure you will be grateful that you did."

A little bit about me

My name is Sophia, I’m 21 years old, and caring for children has always been a big part of my life. Growing up with several younger siblings gave me early hands-on experience, and I later built on that by working for two years at a childcare center, caring for children from infancy through preschool.

I’m outgoing, responsible, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. I love spending time with kids whether it’s helping them learn new things, encouraging creativity, or simply making them feel cared for and supported. I’m always open to learning new skills and embracing new experiences, and I bring a positive, adaptable attitude to everything I do.
