A little bit about me

My name is Patrice, I am 43 years old and very interested in your job posting. I have been a nanny for the past 3 years and I am looking for a full time position. I currently live in Raleigh/Bartlett. I am a Teacher Assistant in PreK classroom for Shelby County Schools for the past 10 years. I love children. I have also been a nanny for a 3 month old infant and worked with another family for the past year.

I have my Master's degree in Special Education. I am a non-smoker as well as a wife and mom of 2 adult children. I have experience with tutoring as well. I am very loving, patient and outgoing and love children. Babysitting is something I love doing because everyday is different and new and it’s amazing being part of a child learning. I would be happy to provide references as well as meet or chat on the phone. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Recent reference

"Patrice has a wonderful personality and is a natural nurturer. Her positive attitude and patience made her a wonderful nanny to my Sha. She has experience working with special needs kids so it was a breath of fresh air to have her around my daughter who is very active. She exhibited a calm energy even when my daughter was less than inviting... She loved being active with my daughter and was even concerned about my health when I fell ill. I entrusted my daughter with Patrice and she never disappointed. The only reason she didn't continue was a family emergency in her own family. We since have moved further from the area but if ever we need a nanny again I would continuously refer Patrice. She is just an all around great person who loves kids and treats them as if they were her own.."
