Hey there Nanny’s! My name is Julie and my son’s name is Hudson. Hudson is five years old and he is happy, energetic, outgoing, and silly. He loves to sing and listen to music, learn about planets, and jump on the trampoline. Hudson is mildly on the autism spectrum - most people actually don’t realize he is on the spectrum. We are a homeschooling family and my husband and I work from home, so we are looking for someone to take care of Hudson on a part-time basis. We live in Rohnert Park.
What I am specifically looking for:
Care for Hudson at our house for 4 hours in the morning 2 or 3 days a week. Mon, Tues, Wed would be preferable but I can be flexible on that.
Someone who absolutely loves caring for children and has somewhat of a motherly essence in their personality (even if you don’t have kids, yet :)).
Someone who is energetic and likes to laugh.
Someone who is ok to take care of a kid on the spectrum.
What would be nice but not essential:
Ok with going to parks around town, or going on walks in the neighborhood.
Lives close by and is familiar with Rohnert Park.

We’d like to find someone who is more aligned with the Waldorf and or Montessori method, likes planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities, and can help with Kai’s laundry, and other light housekeeping that pertains to Kai.
Must by CPR/First Aid certified, up to date on vaccines, and is Covid vaccinated.
