I came here two years ago as an aupair, my time is done and now I’m nanny for the same family.
They helped me with the process of the visa “cause I’m awesome and I deserve it”😂 .. I should have my visa now in January.
I came on Oct 2021 when my host mom was pregnant, so I started taking care of that baby since the day she came from the hospital. (She’s my baby) . Jenifer 2, Dylan 4 and Isabel almost 6 years.. they are my little ones. The oldest one she says I’m “auntie Mili”
While my HM was pregnant and the first months after the baby born I was working crazy hours between 10 and 12 hours per day including weekends.. I got use to changing schedules and long shifts really quick.

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Chicago, IL
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Chicago, IL. Our nanny services include background checks, PLUS, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Chicago, IL
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.

When you present your job offer create a safe place for your housekeeping nanny to ask any questions. Once the details are finalized, you can create a contract for your housekeeping nanny. Through the process of creating and discussing the job offer and contract, you’re building the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny where you both can ask questions and hold each other accountable.
