A little bit about us
My husband and I work full-time from home, so we're looking for someone who can become a part of our family and provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our little one.
Our little guy is full of smiles and joy! He loves playing with his toys, reading books, and is just starting to explore the world on the move. We're looking for someone who can match his energy and encourage his development. Helping with light housework or prepping our son's meals would also be appreciated. We hope to hear from you!

Her needs will likely be different in 2 months but we try to follow a pattern of eat, play sleep. Eventually hope to begin sleep training but this can all be discussed with the nanny as we get closer to that time! I’m currently pumping so she drinks from a bottle.
I do have a 6 year old dog at home. He is super easy though. Typically just naps all day, enjoys pets and ball play but he does not need anything special during the day as I would be walking him and feeding him in the am.

I am a single parent and don't live near any family so I'm looking for someone who is loving and trustworthy who will look after my baby the way I do.
My baby boy is my whole world, and I just want to find someone I can feel confident leaving him with. I've been with him all day every day since he was born, so this will be a nerve wracking and hard change.

Our baby boy will be 3-4 months old when I start working from home again. We have 3 cats. There are no expectations to do anything with them, but they will be around (they’re friendly)!

I would like to start someone off part time and work up to full time as I make more money.
I will be home while you are watching them unless it is for date night.
I need someone with lots of energy who doesn’t mind the fact that I’ll be around 99% of the time

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Gilbert, AZ
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Gilbert, AZ
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Gilbert, AZ? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
