A little bit about us

Hello, I’m just looking for someone to babysit on the weekends so me and my hubby can have date night. My children are really well behaved. It would be pretty easy with them. We normally go out on a date night around six or seven. We’re gone for a couple hours before we go my kids would be fed and I would have them pretty much ready for bed, so be easy Peezy with watching them.

A little bit about us

Hello, I have an 8 month old baby. I currently work from home and my husband is in school. We need help Mondays 7am - 1pm and Tuesdays 7am -3pm. Days will most like change as I will be back into the office in June 2024 and my husbands school schedule will change for the summer/fall semester. We can talk more about that later.

Right now I only speak in Spanish to my baby so we would prefer someone fluent in Spanish. We do have a dog so hope you like pets! I’ll be cooking for baby, I might need help occasionally but as of now I can manage. I’ll also clean up after each meal. Hope to meet someone soon!

A little bit about us

Hi y’all! My daughter will be one in the coming weeks, she’s very outgoing and loves to play inside or outside we have a very large backyard that she loves.
I work from home and am usually pretty busy with phone calls in the morning. So we are looking for a part time nanny to start on or around May 30th, Monday-Friday 8am-11:30am.
In the mornings, she’s usually extremely energetic so looking for someone who can keep up with her craziness. Wanting someone who is comfortable cooking and feeding her a small breakfast as we do baby led weaning and she is proficiently eating solids already.
We do have two dogs and two cats. The cats you would rarely see, but the dogs will be around and are super friendly!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Citrus Heights, CA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Citrus Heights, CA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Citrus Heights, CA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
