A little bit about us

My name is Aisha, I have a 1 month old daughter named Aubrey she’s super sweet and adorable loves to cuddle. Her schedule differs everyday, I’m just adjusting to motherhood with the need of a little help from a nanny will be everything I need. Right now I really need help with simple care for baby. I’ll be going back to work soon, child care and house keeping is what I’m really looking for unless I’m home. Only I expect a way of transportation.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny to be home with our babies every morning Monday-Friday and some afternoons- on a flexible schedule for afternoons due to my husbands work schedule changing each week (firefighter). Griffen is the most curious and lovable sweet boy and we have another baby on the way! We would appreciate help with picking up the house also when home. We have a dog that is also very sweet and lovable.

A little bit about us

My husband is a plumber and I’m a hairstylist going back to school. We are both in our late 20s.I have two kids, my oldest is 6 years old and in kindergarten and my youngest is my 3 month old son for whom we are looking for someone to help take care of him. We are looking for someone available from Tuesday-Fridays from 9-5 but may need someone to be flexible on hours and possibly one night on the weekend occasionally so me ans mt husband can do date nights. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment in spring valley so clean up is usually fairly easy. We also have a German Shepard who is on the smaller side and very sweet that would have to be taken out occasionally but other than that she is very easy to look after. We are pretty easy going family and want whoever we hire to feel like they are apart of it as well.

A little bit about us

We are a two-working-parent family and we are looking for an engaging, confident, caring individual to care for our infant, three days a week. We also have a 4-year-old, who would very rarely be in the care of this caregiver, with the exception of when they are home from school. Qualified caregivers would spend 8 hours a day, playing, reading, feeding, going on walks and outings, diapering, and tending to the sleep needs of our almost 5-month-old son. We would work with the caregiver to aid our child in achieving age-appropriate milestones and work together to raise this child to feel secure in themselves. We value consistency, tenderness, and structure in our home environment and would like someone who would embody these values.

A little bit about us

In need of an experienced nanny for our three kids. We have a three month old, two year old part time at preschool and a four year old about to start TK. 95% of the time it will only be one or two kids at a time, but on occasion we will need help with all three. We also have two dogs (a doxie and golden retreiver) that will need mild supervision. Our current nanny schedule is M-Th 8:30-5pm and F 8:30-2pm. We would need help with midday TK pickup. We just lost our nanny of three years and are in search of a new full time nanny to fall in love with our babies and help care for them while we're at work.

A little bit about us

Hello. I have three wonderful boys:
William is 13 and fairly independent.
Wyatt is 7 and needs help with homework.
Warren is almost 1 and requires basic babysitting care. Wyatt and Warren will need the most attention.

We would like someone to help us after the kids are out of school and when the parents are off of work, from 4 pm to 8 pm. We would start at 3 days out of the week, but may increase to more days. In general we are seeking some help for about 12 to 15 hours a week (we are flexible with the evening schedule).

Help includes assisting with cleaning dishes or laundry. Also basic babysitting, which includes bottle and spoon feeding Warren, as well as diaper changing and nurturing. Wyatt may need help occasionally with homework. Finally, help with some cooking, or watching the kids while the parents cook.

We would love, but not require, someone who speaks a different language to introduce our children to other cultures.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Spring Valley, CA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Spring Valley, CA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Spring Valley, CA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
