A little bit about me

I knew I was born to be a nanny/caregiver at an early age. I was a babysitter in Gulf Breeze growing up, for many years. That led me into a life of nursing. I have 25+ years in Family Practice/Pediatrics and I loved every minute of it! I retired a little earlier than expected a few years ago and now I find myself wanting to work some again. I have always adored babies/children and taking care of them, so I thought this would be a perfect fit for me! I'm sure you're nervous about trusting your precious child with a stranger?! Well, don't let this be a scary time! Don't wrap the baby in bubble wrap just yet! Just relax, breathe easy and be rest assured that your child is in very capable, mature and caring hands! Any questions? About 100, right?! Please do not hesitate to contact me! Thanks and I look forward to meeting you and your new family!

A little bit about me

I'm a mom turning 40 this year. My kids are 18 (girl) and 15 (boy). They don't need me nearly as much as they used to, but it's safe to say I have successfully raised 2 more-than-decent human beings who function healthily and happily. I also have about 9 months babysitting experience for a 4 yr old special needs child and a 9 year old. That job ended because, well, they just couldn't pay me anymore, - times are rough!! I am not currently CPR or First Aid certified, but I have ample training in both. I have taught swimming lessons to ages 0+, was a jr lifeguard in my early teens, and then employed as a lifeguard once I was of age. I held certifications through the Red Cross for years in my youth. Also, not sure if this counts but it can't hurt, I grew up doing the nursery at church w my mom for as early on as I can remember. I currently have an open schedule, an empty nest of my own, and plenty of experience w young 'uns if I find like a good fit for your family.

A little bit about me

Hi, I am a college student currently in my second semester of grad school at UWF. I am studying social work and have an internship at a local elementary school. I have been babysitting/nanny(ing) for a while now as babysitting kids in my neighborhood was one of the first jobs I had growing up. My sister just had a baby girl in September of this year and I have a handful of younger cousins so I am around small children quite often, to say the least. I am looking for a part-time/as-needed babysitting job just to make a little extra cash here and there as I am really busy with school and my internship most days.
