A little bit about me

Aloha,

My name is Leanna Ambrosio. I LOVE KIDS!!! or as we call them here on Kauai "Keikis"! I am originally from Philadelphia, where most of my child care experience has taken place. I grew up babysitting my younger brother (as he is 8 years younger than me). I also babysat the local neighbor hood kids, and some families in the Poconos where we would spend our summers. In addition to babysitting, I became a certified Lifeguard and swim instructor where I worked with children ranging from ages 4-13. I also had a group of special needs kids who ranged within the same age. I feel very comfortable watching and teaching kids of all ages. In my adult years I became a care.com member and nannied for a few different families. I am an artist and musician as well as an athlete. I love doing creative things with the kids and doing out door activities. Kauai is a perfect place to incorporate all of these things, as there is much to do and see in this beautiful place! I have been certified in CPR and First Aid through out the years, and will attend a workshop in the new year to bring everything up to date. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
