A warm and welcoming family in Wilton, CT is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for four children (ages 7, 5, and 2.5-year-old twins). The majority of time will be dedicated to the twins, in addition to caring for the older children before and after school and on days off from school.

Responsibilities include:
Daily care, meal prep, and driving children to/from school and activities
Planning structured activities/outings, especially on no-school days
Grocery shopping, light housekeeping, children’s laundry, and dog care
Establishing and maintaining routines, structure, and expectations
Caring for children when they are sick
Engaging in creative play and planning age-appropriate activities
Collaborating with a stay-at-home mom and household staff
Traveling with family (domestic & international)
Occasional overnight care
Willing to work some holidays (with extra pay)
Live-in preferred

Candidate qualities:
Experience with caring for multiple young children
Experience with special needs and/or supporting children with anxiety
Warm, playful, patient, and nurturing yet firm
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Creative, energetic, flexible, and proactive
Strong planner and team player with a positive attitude
Clean driving record
Fluent in English
Confident swimmer
Comfortable with dogs

Schedule & Compensation:
Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (60 hrs/week)
Compensation commensurate with experience
Start date: ASAP

A little bit about us

I'm a flight attendant looking for part time child care for my 5 year old son. I work 14-16 days a month and receive my schedule each month in advance to coordinate days needed. Ethan goes to school M-F 9-3 in Wilton,Ct. He will need drop off( some days)/pick up from school and aftercare until I get off from work. My schedule is typically 9-6pm but can vary some days so I'm looking for someone who is flexible and trustworthy. Experience required! No overnights or housework needed!
