A little bit about me
I just finished my junior year at Wheaton College, studying english and music, and I am looking to live in the area this summer.
I loved my childhood, and I want to help kids enjoy theirs, too!
In the summer of 2019, I nannied for an adorable 1-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother and 6-year-old sister. The job was full-time in July and August, from 7:00am-3:30pm 5 days a week, so I was able to get practice with a regular job that required punctuality and dependability. In addition, last summer I nannied for 2 and 4 year old girls. I've also lived next door to three sweet kids who are now 8, 11, and 13, since before the 8-year-old was born, when the younger two were very young.
As an English major, I've had so much fun introducing them to my favorite children's books and pretending to be our favorite characters together. Being with kids helps me slow down and enjoy being creative and dreaming.
Let me know if you'd like to chat more!
