A little bit about me
I've been working with children for about 10 years now! My work with children includes nannying, homeschooling, outdoor education, and art programs for pre-k through middle school students. Through this work I've developed an understanding of how children's minds work and how to best allow them to explore and express themselves. I love encouraging children's creativity through art and nature. I value independence, respect, creativity, openness, community, and diversity in all the work I do. It's important to me that these values are represented both in and out of the home of the children I work with as these values create a strong sense of self and develop a respect for the world around them. I also teach ceramics classes and studied design furthering the unique artistic lens I navigate the world through. I’m hoping to find a family that’s looking for an engaging and committed nanny and who’s willing to work as a team to help their child grow.

A little bit about me
I am a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) with 4 years of experience, and I have over 8 years of experience in child care. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with a family caring for their two children: a 4-year-old and an infant who is now a year old. This experience has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate, responsible, and attentive care for children of various ages.
In addition, I am currently in school pursuing my RN, with clinicals starting in January. While I expect my availability to vary at that time, I am confident that I can work with you to create a schedule that meets both of our needs. For now, I have a flexible schedule and would love to discuss the hours you're looking for and how I can best support your family's needs.
