Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been caring for infants and babysitting young children over the years. These experiences have been an incredible period of growth, teaching me patience, creativity, adaptability. This past year, I also had the privilege of serving as a Lead Program Teacher at a school, working with children ages 5–12. This role was one of the most exciting and fulfilling experiences of my career. I was responsible for leading activities, fostering a positive classroom community, and helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence in themselves. Watching the children develop new skills, build friendships, and discover their unique strengths was incredibly rewarding and further solidified my passion for working with kids.

My favorite part of working with children is encouraging them to embrace their creativity through crafts, hands-on activities, and exploration.Whether we're making art projects, building with blocks, walking through nature, reading stories, or creating our own adventures, I enjoy helping children learn through play and curiosity.

The children I work with teach me just as much as I teach them. I believe that childcare is a relationship built on mutual growth, where we learn from one another and create lasting memories together. It is my favorite part of this work—to build meaningful connections with children and families.
