I think the most important part about being a nanny is the relationship between the family and I. I like to know that I can have open communication with the family, and that they have standards and expectations towards the care of their children. I want to have a relationship with a family where we can build trust and they can know that I am a safe person that they can rely on, and vise versa.

I have had the privilege of working in a Life Skills program at an elementary school during the '25-'26 school year, and I have gained experience working with children who are neurodivergent, have developmental delays, and physical disabilities.

One time when I was leading a self portrait art project, one of the children drew the both of us together and she gifted me the final piece! I still think its one of the cutest things i've ever received, it melted my heart!
