The most important part about being a nanny...
I truly love helping kids learn and grow. Giving them a safe environment to be themselves. I take a lot of pride in my work and truly love being part of the family. I guess the most important thing is making sure your nanny will take as good take care of your kids as you would.

Well I have quite a few favorite moments. But the few that I was thinking of were for my last two jobs. One was three children one little girl who was about 10 and she had twin boy and girl that were six and they both had autism. And just watching them progress was so beautiful. The little girl had not spoken, then out of nowhere she was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Still gives me chills. And my other one that comes to mind was my last job, unfortunately they needed somebody to live in so I had to move on. She has two boys that were four and six when I started and now they're six and eight and the oldest when he was about 7, ran by me and said something. I didn't hear it cuz it was so fast and then I asked him, he goes I love you. That was a really big deal to him really really sweet I miss those kids a lot. I'm still friends with moms.
