My experience with special needs children...
My passion for working with children, especially those with special needs, stems from my own life experience caring for my twin brother with cerebral palsy. This has given me a deep, personal understanding of patience, empathy, and the importance of individualized support. My career began at an in-home daycare, where I enjoyed helping children from infancy through middle school, a role that reinforced my love for early childhood development.

With previously being a daycare provider I have many cherish able memories, but what really stood out to me was being there for my infants when mile stones were hit, taking care of my toddlers when they would seek comfort, arts and crafts with my preschoolers! All of it. 💗
