Maverick is our joyful, high-energy, and sweet 8-year-old with AuDHD. He loves animal toys, tickles, swinging, running, jumping, and outdoor play. He's still developing communication and social skills but thrives around people who are kind, patient, and gentle. Due to his neurodivergence, he sometimes needs close supervision to stay safe, as he may climb or run impulsively - but he responds well to calm redirection.
This position is based in our home and supports us in maintaining a healthy work/life/family balance. Sometimes we'll step out for a few hours; other times, we’ll be working at home on our business or home projects. The hours will vary, but will typically be around 20 - 30 hours a month.
We're looking for someone who can actively play with our kids, watch over Maverick to ensure his safety, and offer patience and understanding when the kids need help regulating (especially Maverick). Experience with special needs is a plus but not required.

My wife (Gina) and I are are looking for a full time (M-F) nanny share or a full time nanny sometime in April 2022 when our little one should be around 8 months by then.
We both are working professionals living in Pleasant Hill (Poets Corner) and working in San Francisco. Since the beginning of COVID, we have taken things very seriously and would like a nanny or nanny share family who are vaccinated and acting safe in the same.
