A little bit about me
I am conversational in ASL and like to integrate this with the children I work with if it could benefit them.
I'm a big believer in positive reinforcement and I like to make sure kids are excited when I come to the house. I enjoy planning activities like treasure hunts, sports days, picnics, arts and crafts, and fun Fridays. I also enjoy using a treasure chest and token system to help with any goals the children are working on. I have experience helping with potty training, food desensitization, emotional regulation, and many other common goals.
I have experience working with large families, twins, and single child households. And I’m experienced in cooking well-balanced meals. I am also CPR certified by an AHA approved course.
Ultimately, my main goal is to create a positive environment that is both educating and fun.
