"I can’t recommend Cindy enough as a babysitter or nanny. She is incredibly trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely wonderful with kids. My children absolutely adore her and always look forward to the time they spend together.
She is patient, attentive, and fully engaged while watching the kids, not just supervising, but truly interacting, playing, and caring for them. I always feel completely at ease leaving my kids in her care, knowing they are safe, happy, and well-loved.
Any family would be lucky to have her!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a live-in nanny in college Cared for one child of a single mom with a demanding business career, managing daily routines from morning through bedtime including meals, activities, homework support, and transportation to school and extracurriculars. Maintained the household by cleaning, organizing, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and managing laundry. Served as personal assistant to my employer, handling scheduling, appointments, and administrative tasks. Assisted with hosting and entertaining for business and personal events. Provided emotional support and guidance, creating a nurturing environment where she felt safe and valued. Maintained close communication with her mom and provided evening and overnight care during work travel. Built such a meaningful bond that years later, I was honored to serve as Matron of Honor in her wedding.
I have since raised my own three kids and was lucky enough to have help so I know the importance a nanny can provide for the whole family.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Getting them moving! Staying active in all aspects will help them sleep better at night. Movement is medicine even if it is just for a 15 minute walk around the block for some Vitamin D, a quick dip in the pool, or an impromptu scavenger hunt or backyard obstacle course. I love to read books, make up stories and doing crafts is always fun. Kids thrive on routine and structure because it helps them feel secure and confident—they know what to expect and what comes next in their day. That said, I'm not so rigid that we can't go with the flow when life throws us a curveball. Structure is the foundation, but flexibility keeps things sane when plans change or someone just needs a different kind of day. I like to have a day planned out that gets kids moving, keeps them stimulated and engaged, but also builds in downtime for rest and creativity. My aim is to eliminate screen time as much as possible and fill those hours with hands-on activities, outdoor play, and imaginative exploration.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is understanding that you're there to support the whole family, not just the children. You need to see how the family operates, learn their rhythm, and figure out where you can step in to make things run a little smoother. Parents carry so much today—the pressure is intense—and being able to slow down the pace so they can have the moments they need and want with their kids brings me genuine joy.
I've been on both sides of this. Having a nanny for my own children allowed me precious one-on-one time with each of my kids and eased so much of that mom guilt we all carry. I know firsthand what a difference the right person can make.
The magic happens when you find the right fit—someone who can feel the rhythm of your family and flow with it, someone who doesn't feel like hired help but like family. That connection, that trust, that sense of being truly part of something—that's the best part of being a nanny.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was being asked to serve as Matron of Honor at the wedding of the little girl I helped raise. Getting to raise a glass and toast to her, knowing how much I loved being part of her life, was one of the most special moments I've ever experienced.
My second favorite was caring for a young toddler whose mom, an online professor, was struggling with mom guilt. Her son had a speech delay and they were about to bring in a specialist. After working with him consistently for just a few days a week, he began speaking. The moment his mom came out of her office and heard him say, "Come see what I do!"—the joy on her face was everything.
We're not supposed to raise kids alone. We were designed to live in community because it truly takes a village. I'm so grateful I've been able to be part of so many villages over the years.
