Responsibilities include bottle feeding, introducing solids, diaper changes, supporting naps (including rocking and contact naps when needed), and providing lots of age-appropriate play, reading, singing, and interaction throughout the day. We value a child-centered approach that focuses on engagement, development, and creating a fun, nurturing environment.
During longer crib naps, we would appreciate help with baby-related tasks such as washing and putting away baby laundry, preparing simple baby foods, cleaning bottles, and light tidying of baby areas.
The ideal candidate has significant infant experience and genuinely enjoys helping babies learn and grow. We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, highly communicative, organized, and exceptionally clean and hygienic. Above all, we want someone who will build a strong bond with our son, make him feel loved and safe, and become a trusted part of our family’s support system. Must be comfortable being around our sweet Golden Retriever. Must be a non-smoker.

1. Homeschool Tutor (Nixon)
Mon-Thurs | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | $25-$28/hr DOE
My son is working through a 3rd-grade curriculum. All lessons and materials are provided. He needs support with executive functioning, staying on task, reading comprehension, writing, retaining new information, and math word problems. I'm looking for someone who is calm, engaging, consistent, and able to build rapport while maintaining clear expectations. Teaching, tutoring, homeschool, or special education experience is preferred.
2. Life Skills Mentor (Carter)
$21/hr
My 11-year-old son has autism and is bright, funny, loving, and loyal. He is verbal and communicates his wants and needs but needs support building independence through daily living skills, social skills, community outings, and recreation. He loves biking, swimming, trampoline parks, Slick City, parks, and being active. A reliable vehicle is required to transport him into the community while working on meaningful life skills in real-world settings.

• Option 1: Mon-Wed [phone number hidden] p.m. + Sun 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
• Option 2: Mon-Wed 2:30-7:30 p.m. (school pickup required) + Sun 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
