I'm Sierra, many kiddos call me Ms. Erra for short! I LOVE working with children of all ages, I am currently an Ed Tech at an elementary school but also have almost a decade in different forma of caregiving- Nannying, preschool teaching, infant teaching, daycare, Therapeutic Behavioral specialist for adolescents, Behavioral Health Professional, case manager for adolescents, etc. I have worked with ages newborn to adult. But prefer to work with infants. I have had a deep respect and care for my families and their homes, as I am a mother of 3 myself. I always treat my clients with respect, courtesy and positivity.
