"Amelia became a part of our family when she took care of our 6-month-old son. She made me so much more comfortable returning to work after my maternity leave ended because I knew my son was in caring, competent hands. Amelia is smart, responsible, diligent and engaged. She's a great communicator and listener, and she's very flexible about adapting to family and children's different needs. She engaged our son in play that supported his physical and cognitive development. She was loving, kind and and affectionate with him. She took him for walks, made him healthy snacks, brought him to the beach and supervised play dates. We have been lucky to continue our relationship with Amelia even after moving to another state. When we return to the area to visit family, we try to arrange for Amelia to take care of our son so they can reconnect and because she's such a great caretaker. Amelia is a wonderful nanny and I can't recommend her more highly for any caretaking position!"

"Sierra cared for my son at our local daycare. He has not been the easiest, with his reflux and asthma, there was always a specialized food or medicine that he needed, coupled with difficulty napping, it was certainly hard to catch a break. I can't imagine the effort needed to care for him and the other infants with their unique needs, but Sierra always stepped up and made him and the other kids feel so special. Sierra has also watched both my kids in our home. My kids both adore her and have so much fun with her. She is caring, energetic and supportive. Our kids clearly feel happy and safe with her. They often can't wait for us to have dates so Sierra will come over. My spouse and I feel confident and relaxed knowing that our children, pets and home are all in good hands with Sierra, or as my son called her "My Erra.""
