A little bit about me
My name is Amy. I come to you very experienced and am very reliable/ responsible.
I adore children and love working with all ages!
I am currently in a position which will be ending. It began when the baby boy was six months old. He is nearing age 2 and they have chosen pre- school following in the footsteps of his older brother. I especially love working with babies and toddlers, helping them through all transitions and stages of growth! I am very hands on and creative as well as intuitive with young ones. Yes- I sing and play!!! Safety is my biggest concern always!!! I strive to work with families to reach their goals for their children. I am college educated m, own a safe SUV and have raised a family of my own. An empty nester myself now, I can often be flexible if needed for a date night or occasional weekend! Even dog sitting is possible. I am good with dogs and like cats! :). Let me know what your family’s needs are!
I’d love to meet you all-
Amy!

A little bit about me
For the past three years I have worked consistently with children from ages 18mo-12yr and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!
My main employer has been with the YMCA as a lead camp counselor, after school counselor, and swim instructor but have had my fair share of babysitting jobs since I was 15. (I am also more than willing to incorporate swim lessons into any babysitting/nannying visits if wanted!)
I have my BLS (basic life support) and CPR certification but just as importantly I know how to balance the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment while still encouraging fun and silliness.
Working with children is my passion and brings out a creative side in me that helps me feel whole. I’d love to have the opportunity to help out any parents/guardians interested as they would be simultaneously helping me feel like me!

Outside of that, I like playing D&D, hiking, and spending time with my wife (we got married at the beginning of April, so ‘wife’ is still a very exciting word for me to use:) ). I am fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid and still wear a mask anytime I'm out of the house. Looking forward to hearing from you!
