Nannying means being quick-minded and ready at any moment of need, whether it is helping a child work through a school conflict, communication with parents on how a child may be feeling, or simply keeping the parents in the know about how to help their kids. Being another member of the family almost and helping where needed is what a nanny is meant to do.
