Prior to having my own children & for some time after they were born I had an in-home business and provided care as a post partum doula & childcare provider outside my home.
I stopped working when our twins started walking, to slow down. Noticing changes within myself, as a mother, I decided to stop working to pour into my own children & myself. I started studying child psychology, mental health & somatic practices.
