Hi! My kids are twin boys named Adonis and Amari. They are 7 years old. One of my twins is special needs and doesn't walk or talk (yet) so he has 4 therapies or more per week. I would need you after school into the evening and you would need to drive my boys from school to therapy, to home etc.
You would need to be able to lift 50lbs as my son is about that size and needs to be transferred from place to place sometimes. You will need patience because he is learning to walk and will need you to help guide him up and down the stairs at the house for bathtime etc.
I will expect that after meal times, the areas used are cleaned and tidy as well as no dishes in the sink along with emptying dishwasher from time to time.
Basically, I will want you to be me when I am not there and love and encourage my kids to the best of their abilities. You must be willing to work when kids are sick (not throwing up type sick, but runny nose type sick)...
Hours will be:

Wed-1:30-6:30
Thurs-11:30-6
Fri-1:30-6
(Outside of school year or holidays/sick days)

I have 8 kids ranging from 3-19, my 6 year old son is mildly on the hyper active spectrum. My husband and I own a business and have times that our older kids can not watch our kids as well as monthly conferences that last anywhere from 1/2 a day to 3 days and need someone to watch the kids. I am looking for a nanny to help me out every Thursday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. That is his school’s early release. You would pick him up and drive 3 minutes to our home. The. Just get home and give him lunch and just relax with him.
If possible I am also looking for someone that is available to cover on special occasions or events (no set times).
My son is 5 years old. He is extremely smart and caring. He is quite independent. He needs support with bringing food at the table for him, and encouraging him to eat. He is potty trained but needs reminders of the steps.
Mild cleaning after he eats (I prepare his food). Also some cleaning after activities but that is it.
