• Food and housing included for live-in
• Insurance after a probationary period
• Pay range: $500–$650/week live-in (depending on experience)
• Part-time: $15–$18/hr
• Long-term, stable opportunity in a supportive home
✨ Schedule:
• Mornings (before school): Help get him ready and drop off (car is a plus for school/therapy)
• Daytime: Free during school hours
• Afternoons/Evenings: Resume care at about 5:00 pm when he gets out of aftercare; provide coverage until bedtime while I attend school at 6:30 pm
• Weekends: Coverage may be needed every other weekend if I need to step out
• Total: Part-time hours split between mornings and evenings; can expand into full-time
✨ Responsibilities:
• Morning routine and school/therapy drop-offs
• After-school supervision and evening care
• Wash and put away clothes
• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, child’s room)
• Maintain structure and calm environment
✨ Requirements:
• Must be patient, dependable, and kind
• Childcare experience strongly preferred (special needs experience a plus)
• Background check required
• Driver’s license preferred, but not required
