• Mornings (before school): Help get him ready and drop off (car is a plus for school/therapy)
• Daytime: Free during school hours
• Afternoons/Evenings: Resume care at about 5:00 pm when he gets out of aftercare; provide coverage until bedtime while I attend school at 6:30 pm
• Weekends: Coverage may be needed every other weekend if I need to step out
• Total: Part-time hours split between mornings and evenings; can expand into full-time

• Morning routine and school/therapy drop-offs
• After-school supervision and evening care
• Wash and put away clothes
• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, child’s room)
• Maintain structure and calm environment

Responsibilities:
Supervising the twins’ activities at all times and ensuring their safety.
Planning and engaging in educational and creative play activities that stimulate the children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. This includes but is not limited to arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, and educational games.
Light household chores related to the children, such as tidying up play areas, washing the twins' dishes, doing their laundry, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of their belongings.
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the twins, being mindful of any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Assisting with personal hygiene needs such as toilet training, bathing, dressing, and routine health care.
Providing a positive, nurturing environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in childcare, preferably with multiples or in a daycare setting.
Excellent references from previous employers.
Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of child development and up-to-date safety information.
Current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Clear criminal background check.
A driver’s license with a clean driving record.
