A little bit about us
Drop off and pickup to school and evening functions would be a huge plus.
Need someone that has flexibility on time needed. Mostly evenings during school. Able to assist with Homework and normal evenings with children. We live in Winter Haven, but grandchildren go to school in Bartow. May even need assistance with picking them up from school. Possible option of staying with Nanny's home or our home when overnights needed.
Basically, we are looking at 2 options, a Full Time Live-In Nanny preferred.
Or, we would consider someone who has a very flexible schedule to meet the needs we best described above. We are not looking for a short term baby sitter, so, if you cannot work with the flexible needs required, please do not respond.

A little bit about us
Our daughter loves to do imaginative play and go on adventures! Hee passion is gymnastics! We are looking for a nanny that is wanting to build a trustworthy relationship with our little girl, but also support the needs of our family through helping with some light housework, errands, etc., so we can destress, be less rushed, and have more peace and free time.
We are looking for a nanny that is honest, fun, energetic, trustworthy, and has an inner child that will come out and be goofy and creative with our little lady. Someone who is mature, has good communication skills, is non-judgemental, and will support our values and parenting style.
We believe in positive parenting solutions and respecting children as valuable, unique, little humans who are allowed to have big emotions and just need support and guidance as they try to understand boundaries and discover how to be their best, to themselves and others, in this sometimes crazy world. ;)
