My schedule switches every week so I need someone open. I work night shift so overnight care is what I need unless I switch to day-shift hours will change. I work 12 hour shifts I would need someone to put him to sleep at night. I will have his food prepared for dinner and bathe for bed. If I work day shift I will need someone to help get him ready for the bus at 5 a.m-9 a.m and pick him up off the bus after 4 p.m-7 p.m until I get off work.
