Position: Flexible Part-Time Nanny for Our Son (Age 7)
We're a warm, active family looking for a reliable, caring nanny for our son Hart. I'm a former dancer, content creator, and PhD student. My husband is a software CEO. Hart is energetic, affectionate, and joyful. He is autistic (verbal) and thrives with caregivers who bring patience, structure, and genuine enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
Someone experienced with autistic children who can create a fun, safe, and structured environment. The ideal fit is active, organized, patient, and adaptable. Hart loves drives, parks, playgrounds, and trampoline parks, so comfort with active outings is a must.
Schedule

M, W, & F - 8:30-1:30
F & Sat - 5:00-9:00
We typically spend a month in LA each summer and are open to the nanny joining us.
Travel support roughly every other month (2-5 nights), with full-time care and overnight stays in our home
We provide as much advance notice as possible for travel and schedule changes.
Requirements (all non-negotiable)
-Proven experience with autistic children
-Comfort with active play and outings
-Ability to maintain structure, routines, and safety
-Reliability and flexibility
-Availability for overnight stays during travel
