A little bit about me

Hello!
My name is Alejandra,
I’ve been a nanny for about 4 1/2 years now.
I was a live in nanny twice, I’ve worked with kids from ages 3 months-18 years old)
After I had graduated high school, I went on to study Early Childhood Education at CVTC & as a daycare teacher assistant. Eventually the director had noticed much more potential in me, & encouraged me to pursue full time teacher.
That is where my calling for wanting to show the little humans we bring into society came into mind.
I wasn’t necessarily big on the idea of having a classroom full of children, although it’s amazing how every little one is different, but I wanted the deeper understanding & the one on one. That is why I became a nanny, & just watching a baby turn into a toddler, turn into a young child, teen, adult, etc is mesmerizing, especially when they always ask about you.
- My biggest interest in becoming a nanny was a lot to do with helping out with my siblings, cousins, & friends children.

A little bit about me

Hi there! I'm a student in my last year at Loyola and live in a apartment in Rogers Park. I have been babysitting and nannying on and off since high school and enjoy my time with kids of all ages. While I am very childlike myself, I am very responsible and put the child's care before anything else. I am willing to help out with kids and around the house including with pets and such. I have two dogs and two cats back home in Texas and have been a a part of Wag and Rover for years. While none of my babysitting or nannying experience has been longterm so far, I am hoping to have the opportunity for it now. Hope to hear from you soon!
