A little bit about us…

Join Our Family Team!
We’re looking for a warm, reliable nanny to spend time with our adventurous little girl, Kate, who turns 2 in December. She’s curious, energetic, and fun-loving—every day is an adventure with her!

Why This Job is Great for You:

Consistent, flexible hours – we’ll work with your schedule.

Fun & engaging environment – Kate is silly, affectionate, and always learning new things.

Bilingual bonus – if you speak Spanish and English, this is a wonderful chance to help a child grow up bilingual (not required, just valued).

Light responsibilities – mainly keeping Kate engaged, safe, and happy, with some light tidying up after play.

Supportive family – you’ll be joining a household that truly appreciates your presence and the positive impact you’ll make.

About Us
We are two moms (Kristine & Paige). Kristine works full-time, while Paige is at home with Kate and she is orchestrating a 100 year home renovation which thankfully is nearing completion but still has a month or more to manage and then decorate, etc. We’d love someone who can give Paige a little breathing room—time to run errands, cook, or simply take a break—knowing Kate is in good hands.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys toddlers and has the patience and creativity to keep up with them.

Dependable, caring, and ready to be part of Kate’s little world.

Spanish/English bilingual is a huge plus, but not required.

If you love spending time with kids and want a role where you’ll be valued, supported, and part of a loving family team, we’d love to hear from you!

The different types of nanny jobs have different nanny responsibilities. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. However, in general, a nanny is responsible for making sure the children's needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to make sure your expectations are aligned with the family.

There are temporary nanny jobs, even seasonal nanny jobs like summer nanny jobs. Beyond seasonal and temporary nanny positions, there are differences between full-time and part-time nanny jobs. The primary difference being the number of hours you spend at your nanny job every week. For full-time nannies, there are options for live in nanny positions and live-out positions in North Carolina. Live-out positions are more common, but each family has their own set of needs that require different types of care, and live in nanny positions can be exactly what some families want. If you're looking to explore live in nanny positions, it's even more important to create a shared set of expectations around hours, responsibilities, and what is expected of you when you're not on the clock.

If you're exploring other types of jobs beyond nanny positions, consider looking into cleaning jobs, pet sitting jobs, luxury fashion jobs, or elder care jobs.
