Our little daughter is a little over three months old, and we’re looking for a loving, dependable nanny who will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care in our home.
We are a two-mom household and are looking for someone who is genuinely open-minded, inclusive, and affirming of our family. We want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves in our home, so kindness, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude are very important to us.
Responsibilities would include bottle-feeding, diaper changes, following her nap and feeding schedule, tummy time, reading, singing, sensory play, age-appropriate enrichment, and helping her reach developmental milestones—similar to the activities she would receive in a quality daycare setting. We want someone who will actively engage with her rather than simply supervise her.
We would also expect light baby-related tasks during downtime, such as washing bottles, tidying her play and feeding areas, and keeping her belongings organized. Infant experience, reliability, good communication, and a strong focus on safety are extremely important to us. Most of all, we want someone nurturing, patient, and excited to become a trusted part of our family.

Morning Nanny for school drop off. I am a healthcare worker and leave at 6 am. Responsibilities include assisting 2 boys in getting dressed and driving them 1.5 miles. The younger goes to daycare and it opens at 7, the older goes to elementary school and can be dropped off at 7:20. pay if 40$/day I need someone consistent and reliable!
