Full-Time Nanny Job: The Chen Family with 3 Children
We are looking for a loving, experienced, and motivated nanny for 3 children (3, 5, and 7). Mom and dad are working professionals highly involved in our children's care and activities, looking for someone with a loving, compassionate and positive attitude to be an equal partner with us in caring for our children and helping the household run smoothly. We have a home culture of love, support, and mutual respect.
We need flexibility but general hours will be 11am-7pm Monday-Friday with an additional morning shift 2-3 days per week for drop off (7-8:30a). The schedule will be communicated one week in advance.
Responsibilities include: transportation of children to and from school, family laundry, tidying of the house, and grocery shopping/cooking while the children are in school. The nanny needs to drive a reliable car for work duties.
35 hours per week is guaranteed with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours per week base salary after 6 months.

A little bit about us We are seeking a nanny for our 5-month-old son. We live in MN during the summer and AZ during the winter months. We can guarantee 40 hrs/week of pay for working about 24-30hrs/week maximum. We are not open to a shared nanny/own children being brought with. Applicant must have infant experience and be CPR/emergency trained (or willing to take class). Our current MN nanny also does light household tasks while baby naps (folds towels, washes bottles, wipes countertops, etc.) Also must be okay with pets.
