A little bit about us

We have an opening for a personal assistant role that offers flexibility in managing your own schedule outside of work.

The primary responsibilities would be:

Required Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM, for approximately one to two hours each day.

The tasks involved would include:
• Tidying up around the house after the morning routine
• Preparing school/daycare bags for the following day and setting up activities for after school
• Taking the car for cleaning
• Assisting with Amanda's elderly pug, Esther, which involves taking her out, wiping her eyes and face, and administering medication
• Picking up any necessary grocery orders
• Dropping off returns with UPS

Additionally, on Thursdays, Amanda needs care for her boys from 5 PM to 8 PM, allowing her and her husband, Daniel, to have a date night when current person is not available.

Moreover, if you're interested, there is potential for this role to expand into additional administrative tasks should you wish to learn and grow in that area.
