Byrdie has a mild motor disability and speech delay but overall is a very independent little girl who likes to make her opinions known! She needs very little extra support. She loves to play make believe, reading books, and singing songs.
We have three kitties and backyard chickens so a nanny who is pet friendly would be a great fit! Our house rules include limited screen time, nap time/quiet time is very important, outdoor supervision, and treating eatchother with kindness. The girls also love going out and about to the library, splash pad, park, and the aquarium.
Currently my schedule is Monday mornings from 8:30 to noon, Wednesdays 7:30 -10 am, and Thursdays 7:30 am-2 pm.
My schedule changes every 3 months due to my school being on a 3 month quarterly schedule.
Expectations include making sure our girls get plenty of play time in and help practicing some of my oldests therepy during one of the days if comfortable doing so!
