Looking for someone to watch and play with our kids from 8am to noon on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. My wife woks from home and will be there all the time, but needs help keeping the kids entertained while she's working.

The 12 year old is pre teen so he would need very little from the nanny. Focus would be on the 7 year old.
Hours would be 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm mon -fri. Can be more hours if nanny replaces the after school program which is currently from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
I am open to building the right system with the right person. Nothing is etched in stone at this time.
I just started using transportation services to drop off and pick up the 7 year old. So the late afternoon hours are all that are required. There can be early morning and/or weekend work available if this is what we mutually agree is needed for him. I am open to what is best for all parties.
Preparing meals for the boys would be ideal instead of the Uber eats system we are currently using but I will make that a nice to have instead of a hard requirement but anyone willing to prepare meals in addition to what I have mentioned above would be my preference.

She falls asleep by 8 and sometimes wakes up at 12 am, we let her sooth herself back to sleep if she can't we then pick her up to help sooth her back to sleeep.

My son is very active and needs someone with the ability and patience for this as he tends to get overwhelmed with large crowds (wedding).
