Hello!
I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate nanny to care for my two amazing boys, ages 5 and 6. Both are autistic and thrive with consistency, kindness, and someone who is calm under pressure.
Schedule:
* Approximately Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.
* 8:00 AM – 10 PM (hours will vary depending on my schedule)
*Prefer live in
Responsibilities:
* Providing attentive, one on one care in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Supervising play and engaging in age appropriate activities.
* Preparing simple meals and snacks.
* Assisting with toileting as needed.
* Helping maintain routines and transitions throughout the day.
* Light tidying related to the children (cleaning up toys, dishes used during meals, etc.).
About My Boys:
* They are energetic, affectionate, and love to play.
* They are non-speaking/minimally speaking and communicate in their own ways.
* They may require redirection and close supervision, especially during transitions.
* Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, ABA strategies, or special needs is a strong asset, but I’m also happy to consider someone who is eager to learn and has the right attitude.
I’m Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Patient, dependable, and caring.
* Comfortable working with children with autism.
* Able to remain calm during challenging moments.
* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification).
* Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
* Able to provide references and complete a background check.
