Starting a new job in the next couple of weeks and needing to find childcare for our two boys. We’d prefer a nannyshare if possible so that we can afford to offer a higher amount per hour for the nanny.

Colin- 15 months
My boys loving playing together and get along really well. They both know some sign language, and learning more everyday. Limited screen time is preferred.
