We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is fully vaccinated against COVID, who is comfortable with pets (we have 2 cats) and who is (or was previously) CPR certified. We occasionally go out of town, so someone interested in cat-sitting while we are gone would also be a plus.
