We do have two small very sweet dogs so family and nanny need to be comfortable with pets. Our start time can be flexible if we find the right fit.

Nanny and family would need to be stringent about socially isolating in a pod because of COVID. It is the reason we are not pursuing daycare at this point, so it would be a top priority for us.
