We are a busy household seeking a dedicated and reliable House Manager to join our team. As a single parent with a demanding schedule, I am looking for someone who can help me maintain a well-organized and smoothly running household. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing both household tasks and childcare responsibilities.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Childcare experience and understanding of child development

Schedule and Compensation:
• Flexible schedule with a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours
• Hourly pay with a minimum guarantee of [35] hours per week
• Additional compensation for extra hours or special tasks
• Negotiable monthly salary based on experience and qualifications
